Falcon grumbles an affirmative, dangling from Robin's arms as they walk. He shoots an even more venomous glare at Igor as they pass him (stubborn asshole of an old man), but before long, they're in Tokyo, and after that, in Kichijoji.
"Left here," he directs. 0.76% remaining. "Walk until you see the conbini with the red roof. Second street on the right from there."
He continues giving directions, watching his power tick away. His voicebox flickers out a few turns before they make it to the building.

"On your left, there is an alley. Take it," he says, in the robotic, flat voice of a text-to-speech; not as power intensive as his synthetic voice. "At the end of the alley, the building wiiiith theeeee naaaameeeee Fuuuuuuu-tuuuureeee..."
His voice slowly cuts away, like a walkman running out of power, and his eyes lose their glow, going dull once more.
