The elevator ascends, and as it passes from the 9th into the 10th floor, all seems normal. The 10th floor is more residential areas, probably for the staff.

The 11th floor seems like a regular high end suite, with paraphernalia partaining to the interests of one Goro Akechi. A bookshelf filled to the brim, a television, a stack of magazines on the coffee table. The full DVD rerelease of the first edition of Phoenix Ranger Featherman. A chess set alongside other strategy games, a personal computer, a bedroom, a bathroom, and so on.

The next floor makes it clear that this is more than a residential building; archives upon archives filled to the brim with notes on Falcon's body, on his circuitry, his personality module, his memory, his internal database, his Personas, his access to the Metaverse. All of it neatly labeled; one need only choose a topic in order to gain proper knowledge about Falcon.

The floor after that... cold. Gloomy. There's a sense of dread that comes alongside it. An adjustable table with metal cuffs, screwdrivers, computers, cables, wires, plugs, chips, odds and ends. Spare parts, a few torn apart robotic limbs, multiple sets of the prosthetics that hide Falcon's robotic legs.

The 14th floor is promising; it is comprised of a single, incredibly large machine that seems plugged into a private electricity network. It looks like a chair with set contact points, cables leading out from under it.

The 15th floor seems to be another residential floor.

The 12th, 13th, and 14th floors do not have windows, and are smaller than the other floors; from the outside, there simply look to be apartments, lived in and homely, but ultimately a facade.
