"Oh, are you in a rush?" he says, way too pleasant, until it wraps all the way back around to being sarcastic. "I'm sooooo sorry-" the smile drops back into a sneer, as does his voice, "but you can wait until I'm done here. There's a whole store out there for you to look through, so instead of bothering me, why don't you go do that."

With that, he turns back to the rack he was browsing, and fishes out another item to inspect.
