(OOC: Inbox is open for messages, calls, and general interactions. Just specify which one it is!)
No the fuck you weren't, Falcon doesn't say, because that would imply he's willing to talk to Kira about this. Which he's not, by the way. He just wants the asshole to leave so he can browse in peace.
It seems his wish, at least, is granted, although not without a snide comment. Fucking bastard. Falcon pretends not to hear, unwilling to play along.
He takes out piece after piece, cracking open some, putting others back. He won't use all these parts immediately, but it's good to have backup? He's precise in his movements, a human could never take these out without a screwdriver to help them, not without breaking them.
----
"What the-"
And then there's a crash, and Falcon instinctively jumps back with his hands raised, combat parameters active- fucking Kira, what the fuck? The pieces he's gathered clatter all over the ground, some of them getting crushed under his feet due his rapid movement.
And then he starts blurting out shitty immitations of a stageplay on top of the shelf, into a microphone that echoes throughout the whole store, plainly making fun of Falcon. This fucking piece of shit- Falcon growls audibly, his finger caps sliding back in place again.
"What does it take for you to leave me alone and shut the fuck up," he snarls, angrily glaring at Kira. "Look what you've done, you shitty meatbag!"
He gestures at the scattered, broken pieces of technology he'd gathered- half of them now useless.
"I hope you're happy, because now you're going to have to wait even longer than before. Good fucking job, dipshit."
Kira finishes his snide serenade with a quick look down at the spilled pieces. Oh. He wasn't expecting that.
"Guess its better this way." Because really- its him and Falcon we are talking about. He doesn't even feel slight remorse, only surprise and perhaps a little satisfaction of biting back at him like he pulled his persona before.
Akira hangs off on the edge, head tilting as all the cheer wears off his face. He simply stares at him again, unnerving and unflinching before his eyes widen at the term meatbag. Welp, that's a good insult. He would give him some appreciation over that rather than something like picture boy.
"Oh please, tinhead," he shakes his head- still speaking into his microphone as his glasses conceal the anger in those eyes. "You and I both know you wouldn’t leave until you figured out a way to drive me out of this store." Judging by how their previous interaction went- it would be a fair assumption would it not?
He lowers the microphone this time and continues with a raised index. "Oh oh- actually- you would probably summon Robin Hood and attempt to kill me. You could probably do it right now because why the fuck not, you conniving asshole!"
The next, he has grabbed hold of Kira's foot, too fast for a human to respond reasonably-
And then, the meatbag goes flying across the aisle, skidding to a halt on the floor after crashing into a shelf. Goro follows, murder in his eyes.
"You've got a lot of nerve talking to me like that." How dare he, how fucking dare he- "You think I need my Persona to kill you?"
Kira groans on the ground, trying to get up, but Goro steps on his chest, putting a good chunk of his weight into it. Not nearly all- he's far heavier than a human, after all, but enough to let Kira feel exactly how easily he could crush his ribs by simply shifting his weight.
"I told you to stop bothering me," he growls, "I'm not a toy for your amusement."
Akira couldn't even process the grip on his leg before he finds himself flying. He flails back, eyes wide as his bag only further cushions the impact that would normally break someone's spine in the process but the loudspeaker was gone. Collapsed into pieces- leaving him vulnerable as his head spun with a loud screeching noise echoing in the back. "...! You piece of-" He blinks out his shock as he does try to push himself up before he's suddenly closer- with a foot to his chest.
His silver eyes stare up to glare at him before they ease up a little as he notices the shift in weight. The foot was...definitely heavier than he anticipated but for a robot it felt light. So he wasn't going to kill him.
"Hmph," he scoffs as his other hand- still tucked away from the action now fiddles with his pocket. Its a move he's done multiple times. Switching to his own gallery was practically like muscle memory to him. "I would be some sort of masochist if I considered you of all people to be my toy for amusement," he rolls his eyes still at the murder robot. "Hah..." he heaves a deep breath to contain his jittery nerves, adrenaline coursing through.
He takes one glance at the picture on his phone before releasing both of his hands and connects them together. CLAP!
The air shifts around Falcon's foot and he vapourizes away- now snapping before one of the video-recorders having a certain red dot on its panel. He had made preparations before he approaching the robot after all. He took almost 20 minutes choosing the perfect drone for him and made note of every camera in the store before diving back 19 minutes prior to make all the decent arrangments just in case things would turn violent.
Seems like he had made the right call.
For a moment he touches the back of his skull- thankfully no blood comes but he knows there's a concussion here somewhere. He stumbles a little, catching his own balance as he now finds himself a few distant metres away from Falcon and this time- one of his hands tended to his gun tucked in his jeans. "Its funny- you can make wild assumptions about me; assumptions that have NO EVIDENCE backing them aside from you demonizing me but when I assume shit about you- judging from everything else that happened...suddenly you snap into anger."
"You know some things about my powers- that's all the reason why I have to stay in touch with you no matter how much I loath it."
"And yet, that is exactly what you keep doing," Falcon growls. "Antagonizing me, getting all up my business- I'm starting to think you want me to shoot you-"
And then Kira vaporizes below him with a clap, causing Falcon to yell as he tips forward- though he quickly catches himself, snarling. That motherfucker- what the fuck does he think he's doing. He whirls around as Kira starts speaking, eyes narrowing in anger at the camera filming him- suppressing the panic in his sytem.
"You bitch," he snarls, "no evidence? It's the first fucking thing you did!"
He needs to do something about that fucking camera. About- all of them, apparently, eyes flitting about. None of this shit. He is not letting some asshole Amamiya lookalike take over his body. He's not.
He raises his hands, releasing his inhibitors- and shoots. Bullets fly through the store seemingly at random to any random onlooker- but they're targeted. Cameras, drones, anything that can take pictures, or film- they need to go. Glass, metal, and plastic explode everywhere.
"I'm not letting you control me!" he shouts, "stay the fuck away from me!"
What first fucking thing? Him looking at the board- is that one thing he did? Or was it when he tried to rectify his words because as far as Akechi should have been concerned- the only one who was taking the pains to land a good impression was Kira. Not him. Thank god his powers didn't work that time- it gave him enough of a headsup to never even bother for any of their future interactions.
The only thing that kept it going was Falcon's reactions though he's not going to try and admit that.
Akira carefully watches him, body shifting when he watches him raise his hands.
He has a bad feeling.
The inhibitors load and Akira's already glancing down at his phone again- now taking another glance at a camera as he releases his gun and CLAPS!! almost out of panic as he shifts back to the position of the drone. He quickly grabs it- the bullet whizzing right through and nearly embedding into his arm as he clutches it tight to his chest and goes around the aisle's shelf- his shoes clattering against the items collected by the robot. He presses his back and takes cover behind it.
His lips almost pull into a nervous smile. The bangs through the bullets filter through as he guards his head and the drone. His ears are ringing and his head is definitely out of commission. He's really done it now.
Silence reigns. He takes one glance at his phone and yep- all the cameras he had connected with to this store have all turned to black screens. Great strategy to really corner him down- he will give him that. The only good things he has saved is his phone, the drone to his chest and the packed drones kept deep within his bag. There's no way he can use them and its better if he doesn't have to.
"...Are you done or is there anything else you need to shoot?"
"If you don't fuck off and leave me alone any time soon," Falcon hisses, glowering at the spot Kira hid himself, eyes flitting about for any more hidden cameras, "you."
"I don't want to see you again. Ever," he snarls, "you may look like him, but you're nothing but a shitty rip-off of Amamiya."
Akira groans a bit as he keeps a hand behind his back, now glaring down at Falcon who is practically exploding him. He just...broke some of the equipment he was collecting and perhaps pushed his luck- but! It was the simple case about the aisle. Falcon could have chosen to move but no he wanted to humiliate him in some fucking way. There was nothing civil between them but atleast-
Atleast this cleared up his view on him.
"And what's your idea of an Amamiya? A yes-man? Someone who has to constantly mould himself in your good graces cause that's some fucking mental olympics." He keeps his voice even, eyes glowering with a burning rage resembling charcoal catching fire. "If that's the case- I feel sorry for that Amamiya."
He shakes his head, completely serious. "Think about this for a second- what the fuck will I do with controlling you?!" With his drone bagged, he brings his two index and points at his own head. "THINK! Use that thing in your head you call a brain-! Or-! Wherever your brain is-! This world means nothing and taking control of anyone- if I did actually do it would earn me NOTHING! Especially from you!"
"God."
"When I pissed you off that time- all I wanted was to take those words back..." he scoffs as he looks down at the ground. "That's all I have done. Take my words back. Take my actions back for everyone. You say I don't treat people like humans- it's wrong! All wrong! I do it for them! You demonize me- its as simple!" He raises his head once more. "Well, you are by far one of the most pathetic and stupid Akechis I know so- " he shrugs as his voice draws sardonically- "What a beautiful pair, right?"
"Fuck you."
He rubs his nose and this time without even taking a glance at anything else, he brings his hands together and doesn't offer another glance. He has most of what he needs- he will just get them later.
CLAP!!!
=====
The camera looking over a certain bedroom glows red again as Akira materializes in the hotel room with his bag. He tosses away a bag on the side and takes a glance at the footage presented on his laptop placed on the study table. The screen had a single window on it. It's a LIVE CCTV footage- starring him looking at his own laptop. He looks up once as the camera catches the same exact movement before going to CLOSE FOOTAGE and flops down on the chair.
He clutches his head, sighing heavily as the aftershock of their event settles down on him.
Falcon shoots- but Kira is gone, escaped like the coward he is. Take actions back- hah! As fucking if. Does he think Falcon is stupid or something?
He's just a cowardly bastard who can't face the consequences of his own actions. At least Falcon can own up to the fact that he's fucked up, but Kira? What, does he think he can just time travel and undo all the shitty things he implied he'd do? That he can just act the angel who's never had a bad thought in the world, and get everyone kissing his feet like he pisses sunshine and rainbows?
It doesn't work like that, princess.
At least Amamiya- Amamiya gave Goro a challenge. Infuriating sometimes, yes, but fun. Someone who sticks by his words, who sticks to his convictions, who isn't afraid to disagree, or offend someone, just because his opinions don't align with theirs. He's so wholly himself in a way Kira clearly isn't, manipulative, but in such an enticing way. A way Goro can appreciate, speaking truths in such a clever way. He's so interesting to follow in the Metaverse, enchanting to talk to- someone who actually treats him like a person, rather than an object, or a vapid celebrity.
Or a robot he can just force into dancing to his tune, unlike Kira.
Fucking Kira. Falcon hopes he's miserable. He hopes he fucking explodes. He hopes he trips and breaks his neck, not enough to kill him, but enough to render him useless. Maybe that way he'll learn what it means to be forced to give up your autonomy, despite still being all there mentally.
Falcon's fingers smoke as he closes the protective caps around his fingertips, surveying if he can still salvage some of his finds. His finds that Kira made him drop by antagonizing him. Most of it appears broken, but he picks up what he can still use.
